1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CV3 Volley ("CV3," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Tournament Registration
Registration is binding once payment is received. Refund eligibility is set per tournament; see the individual tournament page. Rosters lock at the time stated in each event's rules.
4. Conduct
You agree to follow tournament rules and treat staff, opponents, and venues with respect. CV3 may suspend accounts for unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or rule violations.
5. CV3 Text Alerts (SMS Program)
- Program: CV3 Text Alerts.
- Description: Account-related text messages including tournament registration confirmations, payment receipts, schedule and pool/bracket updates, match-starting reminders, roster invites, and important announcements from CV3 staff.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your tournament activity, typically up to ~10 messages per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Carriers: Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-in: You opt in by entering your mobile number and actively checking the consent box in your account or sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of registering for any tournament or purchasing anything.
- HELP: Reply HELP to any CV3 text for assistance, or email cv3volley@gmail.com.
- STOP: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages until you opt in again.

6. Intellectual Property
All CV3 branding, copy, and software is owned by CV3 or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
