League Protocols

Rules

Check-in: Teams must check in at the director's table 30 minutes before first serve. Late arrivals forfeit the first set.
Officiating: Losing teams stay to ref (down ref, lines, scoreboard) for the next match on their court. Failure forfeits seeding.
Refund Policy: Full refund 7+ days before the event. 50% credit within 72 hours. No refunds inside 48 hours.
Inclement Weather: Outdoor sand events follow rain-or-shine unless lightning is detected within 10 miles. Indoor stops are unaffected.
Equipment: Non-marking court shoes required indoors. CV3 provides Molten competition balls. Personal nets are not permitted on event courts.
Conduct: Verbal abuse of officials, opponents, or staff results in immediate ejection without refund. Decisions of the tournament director are final.
Roster: Final roster locks 48 hours before first serve. Subs allowed only with director approval for documented injury.
Waiver: Every roster member must sign the CV3 digital liability waiver before competing. No paper waivers accepted on site.
