1. What we collect
- Account info: name, email, password hash, profile photo.
- Contact info: mobile phone number (only if you provide it).
- SMS consent records: opt-in timestamp, category preferences, opt-out events.
- Tournament data: registrations, team rosters, match results.
- Payment info: handled by our payment processor; we store transaction metadata only.
- Usage data: basic logs to keep the service running and secure.
2. How we use it
To run tournaments, send account-related communications, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
3. Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Service providers we use
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
- Twilio — sending and receiving SMS for CV3 Text Alerts.
- Stripe — payment processing.
These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually limited to that purpose.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained as required by carrier compliance rules. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You can view, edit, or delete your profile information from your account page. To request a full data export or account deletion, email cv3volley@gmail.com. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any CV3 text or unchecking the consent box in your account.
8. Children's privacy
CV3 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
